Overview
We ship all orders via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48® (& with Signature®) service. Each parcel is insured up to the value of £150.
Our service requires three stages of shipping that commence within one working day of the successful placement of a cleaning package order.
- We send you instructions and everything you will need to safely pack and post your records to us. This package is sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48® within a secure mailing bag.
- Place your records into the postage-paid, strong record mailer we have provided, then simply seal and send them to us. This package goes to us via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature®. We can arrange for Royal Mail to collect from your address*
- We expertly clean your records, then return them to you in a secured strong record mailer via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature®
* Collection can only be arranged to take place 5 business days from the date we begin processing your order. This date will be confirmed with you via email if you request this service.
Refunds
We hope you will be thrilled with the service that we take great care to provide; however we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If you have any issues please contact us so that we can put things right.
For issues with our service, we will always attempt to remedy the situation.
For issues with shipping, please contact us so that we can investigate.
We cannot be held responsible for property lost or damaged in transit but will do our utmost to solve any issues. We recommend that you do not send records worth a total amount greater than the insured value of the shipping packages.
You agree to provide the information that we or the carrier’s insurance company may reasonably request in order to successfully process any claims.
Return-refunds
If the service was purchased and you are yet to receive the initial package, or have received the initial package but do not wish to proceed with the service, a refund can be requested within 14 days. We will refund you for the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the complete returned package.
Please contact us if you wish to request a return-refund.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning the initial package should you decide not to proceed with the service.
Please ensure all package contents are placed back into the secure mailing bag before re-sealing it and sending it back to us.
