How it works
Place your order, selecting whether you would like to have your records collected from your address, or you can drop them off at your nearest Royal Mail post office. Either way, we provide the postage-paid packaging for you to use and there is no extra charge for either option.
Once we have processed your order we will send out postage-paid secure packaging with complete instructions for you to safely send your records to us.
When you receive your parcel, simply place the records to be cleaned (with or without album covers) into the shipping box provided and peel and seal the adhesive tab. The return shipping label will already be attached for your convenience.
Next, just wait for your collection day (please make sure someone is available at your address to hand the parcel to your postie!) or drop the sealed parcel off to any Royal Mail Post Office by the deadline stated on the shipping label.
Once we receive your records we will get right down to expertly cleaning them, using the very best equipment and methods. Once they have met our high standards we will package them back up and return them to you, ready for you to enjoy!
